Does Burco® accept returns or exchanges?

To be eligible for a return, you must have made your purchase through Burco’s Business Direct program.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return. Contact Burco Inc for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) to be issued. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The return must include the original packing slip to be accepted.

SHIPPING:

Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Neither the original shipping cost nor the expense for the return shipment are refundable.

I purchased from the link on the Burco® catalog. Who should I contact to initiate a return or exchange?
