Under Snap Ring

If the replacement mirror was designed to fit under the snap ring (as the original mirror glass does) then:

1. Break out the old mirror. The mirror head should be covered with a cloth to protect against flying glass.


2. Separate the snap ring from the mirror head, being careful not to damage the ring. Use a putty knife or similar tool, working from the inside edge of the mirror head.


3. Apply urethane or silicone to the mirror head tabs and install the Redi Cuts® replacement mirror.  Apply urethane or silicone to the snap ring and clamp the assembly until dry.


4. Clean the installed Redi Cuts® mirror with Burco Window Glo® or other urethane-safe glass cleaner.
